I have been a member of the association of reflexologists since I qualified in 2003 and have 22 years experience offering this amazing healing modality.

I also offer crystal healing which I have been practicing since 2021. I have a profound interest in crystals, their energy and their ability to regulate and balance energies within and around the body.

I offer deeply relaxing treatments which balance mind body & soul.
