Emma is a registered Cranio-Sacral Therapist and is passionate about integrative healthcare and providing the wider community with healthcare treatment that is suitable for their needs.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy has evolved from Cranial Osteopathy and works through gentle, non-invasive touch to release stress, disturbance, injury and deep-seated trauma.
Practitioners use a very skilled and highly-developed sense of palpation to sense subtle movements in the body allowing them to very gently support the body to release and rebalance itself. The results of this subtle treatment can often create very deep long-lasting therapeutic effects.
As a complementary therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy provides a whole-person approach. Helping to bring the nervous system back into balance it can help with a wide range of conditions, working well alongside conventional medicine it can provide support during ongoing medical treatment.
